I have been a “Skin Ceuticals” fan for quite some time now. I am so passionate to talk about a brand that has proven itself to me and is by far my favorite skincare line. These products are full of antioxidants which help repair and prevent damage to your skin. I was first introduced to the line, when I was working at Red Door spa. The most popular products among our clients were the CE Ferulic and B5 Gel, so I decided to give them a try as well. These are potent and yet very light weight serums, which makes them perfect for all skin types.

C E FERULIC® provides environmental protection by neutralizing free radical. In easier words it protects and reverses sun damage. Once this super serum is absorbed, it can’t be washed or rubbed off, which makes it an amazing addition to your sunscreen. Here is a fun little fact… If you forgot to apply your serum in the morning, no worries because you are still protected for three days! Isn’t that something!?!    

Last summer we went to Bahamas, even though I applied my sunscreen every 2 hours to my body and face but I still had the worse sunburn. However, to my surprise my face was completely saved so I am even a bigger fan ever since. I use it along their UV defense SPF 30. It’s one of those products where you won’t see instant magical results, but overtime you will have people compliment you over your perfectly well preserved skin.  I highly recommend this product.

Now on to HYDRATING B5 GEL– Well let’s just say it’s a glass of water for your skin! I have always loved serums because they are light weight and I can layer them with my moisturizer. But this serum is by far my favorite for my extremely dry skin. I apply this within a few seconds of washing my face, and my skin soaks it right up! After that I follow with my moisturizer and sunscreen.  People with normal to oily skin can skip the moisturizer as B5 is hydrating, and can go straight to sunscreen. If you are getting any peels or other types of exfoliating treatments done, this product will really help to put the moisture back in the skin without interfering with the procedure.
